Charged with 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting of PTC driven events. Using numerous different tools, deep diving into root causes of safety events and EIE (engineer initiated emergencies) events. Provided hourly reports to management about causes of events to assist in deciding outcomes and predicting future events. Providing engineering department with actual root causes of EIE events. Provided sound analysis of costs associated with events and what/who was at-fault.
