      Working at a Brazilian stake house at a young age as a Gaucho cook gave me a lot of exposure to responsibilities that most young adults don't get to experience. The most important roll I had was to ensure that the assigned meet i had for the day was cooked to perfection and served fresh and consistently with great food and a great experience as well, after all, its not often you get served meet off of a huge skewer! My duties where also to help the butcher prep and clean, and well as clean the cooking line. Id say that being a Gaucho chef gets a huge advantage because you get to give an amazing experience in front of house and still get to work behind the scenes cooking meet to perfection and working as a team making sure all areas of the restaurant are running smooth.
