Succeeded in effecting necessary change within the Board of Directors.- Met ambitious deadlines to negotiate a creative win-win agreement to outsource Fund Administration Services, the transfer of custody of client assets, and employee lift out to a leading Canadian financial institution.- Carried out a complex, high-risk two-stage reorganization of the Invesco mutual fund corporations, consolidating them to a single corporation, keeping the voting trust structure intact and preventing a change of control from occurring.
