Adelson Law provides high-quality, practical legal advice. With over 20 years’ experience in private practice and in-house in the investment management industry, including 11 years as a general counsel, I blend my legal knowledge with your business needs to provide actionable advice in order to advance your firm’s business interests. I am looking to work with clients large and small, those who have internal legal functions and those who do not, and with boards and IRCs of all firms. For a select number of clients, I also offer a unique “Outsourced General Counsel” program based on a flat fee arrangement. This service is specifically designed for firms without an internal legal function. The Outsourced General Counsel program provides firms with the benefits of a general counsel without the same fixed costs. Among the many positives associated with an internal legal function is the ability to identify potential legal and regulatory issues early on and to react proactively.
