This research project is a study for long-term follow up of patients who underwent thumb joint surgery. Key responsibilities: - Project management including collating participant list, applying inclusion/exclusion criteria, contacting and booking participants for their assessment. - Report writing incorporating the project details with epidemiological concepts in a finalised report - Conducting a literature review on previous relevant studies - Generating statistics from participant data using Stata and interpreting this data - Collaborating between VHSA and Melbourne University to ensure all parties are satisfied with procedures and content of the project.
