I have done civil service abroad with great passion and enthusiasm, growing on a human and professional level. In fact, I lived an experience of direct sharing in a chilean family and at work, on the model of the Pope John XXIII Community. As part of the project to which I mainly dedicated myself, I organized, managed and supported creative workshops aimed at deaf adult women with mental disabilities, coming from situations of social, psychological and economic difficulty. In this context I managed and practiced silk-screen printing, sewing and cooking workshops, accompanying them in every phase of production, from the design of handcrafted products to their sale, which supported the project. In order to increase the economic yield, I have extensively implemented the network of contacts useful for the sale of the project's products. With a different temporal commitment, I also dealt with the following Community projects. With a colleague, I drafted the preliminary act to the UPR (Universal Periodic Review for the United Nations Human Rights Council), concerning the violation of children's rights, through the compilation of a survey by the families involved in the projects of the Pope John XXIII Community in Chile. I carried out a comparative research between the Italian and Chilean cooperative system, with particular attention to the social cooperative, with the aim of transforming a community project from an informal group into a more convenient legal reality. I co-organized and managed educational and recreational activities with a group of 40 children from complex family situations, aged between 5 and 17. I also worked in a canteen for homeless people, supporting cooking and table service for at least 60 people. I co-organized, managed and carried out a "Theater of the Oppressed" workshop at the Therapeutic Community for drug addicts in Peñalolén (Chile), with a final show. Show less

I studied and developed activities and laboratories (through non-formal methods) to raise awareness of European citizenship and about the importance of an inclusive society open to the migartorium phenomenon. With other collegues, I organized the school meetings, coordinate work with different schools and teachers and others educators, developing flexibility to manage and entertain children and young people between the ages of 4 (kinder-garden) and 19 years (high school). The major themes were about the European Union law and history and migration and human rights. Show less
