I recently completed the Stop Being the Best Kept Secret coaching certification program under the tutelage of Dr. Tana M. Session. While participating in Dr. Session's coaching certification program, I became enlightened to valuable coaching and business skills needed to begin my consulting and coaching business. During the 6 month course, Tana provided regular 1:1 meetings with me, where we discussed my self imposed limitations, finding my ideal client niche, and shadowing me as I held coaching sessions with two pro -bono clients. She guided me to help these clients discover their truths, and at the end of the coaching session, they emerged equipped to tackle the past issues that were holding them back from being the very best version of themselves. Tana looks after her students and takes them on a journey using her story to identify the traits needed to be successful, caring, and professional coaches. She truly will assist you as you grow your coaching business, even long after you have completed your program. After completing the program, Dr. Session has proved to be a valuable resource and has referred clients to me, which has yielded in me being able to start my business a lot sooner than planned. I highly recommend that anyone interested in being a coach, contact Tana immediately to get started.
