We are currently designing and conducting the Evaluation for Closing Gap Program at Jefferson Health: This CHW intervention model was designed to reduce the Cardiovascular disease disparities in select zip codes in Philadelphia. DEEP CONSULTANTS used the Culturally Responsive Evaluation model to develop a program evaluation plan. Provided Research and Evaluation support to Cradle Cincinnati (2020-2021).o Equitable Health Care Systems: Cradle’s team is working collaboratively with five hospitals in the region to develop an Equity Badging Process to ensure equitable care to all Birthing people irrespective of their race. DEEP CONSULTANTS identified the key metrics that are relevant and important for the badging process. The consultant will work with all hospital systems to develop a pipeline to monitor the badging process. DEEP Consultants used Sense of Community Index (SCI), as a standardized measure used to analyse the social capital within a community. SCI is a great tool to operationalize and study social capital within an organization. The Queens Village team is currently gathering data around SCI among its participants. We partnered with other consultants to develop a Capacity Building evaluation process for Fernside, Center for Grieving Children. This process is designed to critically assess current programs and methods of Fernside programming to identify areas of opportunity. Conducted a rigorous statistical Impact Evaluation for Homeless and Housing Coalition of Kentucky (HHCK) to satisfy their CNCS (Corporate for National and Community Service) grant requirements. Conducted a Landscape Analysis of Reproductive Health in Central Appalachia for The Education Foundation of America. Over six months we worked with regional stakeholders to lift up barriers and opportunities around reproductive health, rights, and justice in Central Appalachia to engage potential funders with the region’s work.
