DEEP consultants is a minority women-led consultancy that centers the principles of racial justice, transformative accountability, and gender equity in all we do. At DEEP consultants, we bring a multi-layered, relational approach to our work by: Understanding how the experience of inequity is shifted and changed at various intersections of identity. Helping clients develop a shared language for anti-racism work that analyzes how the intersections of multiple identities impact the lived experiences of the staff, leadership, and historically marginalized communities our clients seek to support. Supporting organizations as they progress through the three stages along the continuum of DEI: Assessment (Where are we now?) Development (where do we need to go?), and Implementation (how do we get there and continue to grow?)
