Deborah worked with me on some career counselling after I was downsized from my job. Our conversations were immensely valuable and helped me gain greater clarity to move forward in a confusing time of transition. Her questions and ability to listen and distill what I said were invaluable in pointing out a direction that perhaps I knew but could not articulate myself. She is the consummate professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her service to anyone at a career crossroads or who is trying to reinvent and reposition their career. It has been a real pleasure working with her.

Like most of the people who have had the pleasure of working with Deb, I place a very high value on her advice and council, and have always been able to rely on her sound judgement. Her experience in, and knowledge of, the Hong Kong business community allows her some extraordinary insight and a level of access to some of the regions foremost thought leaders. Deb is the consummate professional, generous with her time, and direct with her advice. Her involvement with the community is as energetic as her professional endeavors, leaving so many who have benefitted from her experience and guidance.
