David is an incredible senior software engineer. He lead several product initiatives during our time at Ribbon including an overhaul of the entire core product flow, an integration with a doc service and a redesign of how we displayed offer amounts in a complicated tech debt part of our code base. I could always rely on David to produce high quality feedback in product and design discussions and to spec out technical work in a way that was easy for other engineers to deliver on. David is also an excellent leader. He managed and coached our summer intern and helped them produce work that had a positive impact on the product. David will be a huge asset to any engineering organisation he joins and I can only hope that I will have the privilege of having him on one of my teams again.
