I maintain & grow strong relationships with members by encouraging them to make the most of their membership. I help to identify new beneficial opportunities and access resources such as the HR Toolkit, CCH HR AnswersNOW Library, benchmark surveys, webinars, conferences and more. Show less

I was hired to oversee all aspects of and try to re-vision & continue this regionally recognized Adult Basic Education and Workforce Development Service Provider in a challenging climate. I oversaw and directed a team of 8+ in providing ESOL classes, assisting job seekers in developing the necessary vocational skills to compete in the job market and helped hundreds of people re-enter the area's workforce. Some of what I achieved along with assessing and problem solving daily operational solutions included maintaining programmatic compliance, website revamp on a limited budget, grant submissions, collaborative partnerships and continuous process improvement. The decision was made by the Holyoke Chamber Centennial Foundation for Holyoke Works to close in June 2018. I had to shift gears when the decision was made and had the task of coordinating and shutting down the facility, making sure all was compliant and classes were completed correctly.
