My role as Marketing Manager to develop the brand awareness, create, deploy and execute the unique value proposition that we must communicate to our customers and lead the entire Marketing and Communication strategy to make things happen and get customers fall in love us, being Green and Feeling Great when try and eat our 100% vegetal products. Main duties: 1. Achieve the Sales & EBITDA targets. 2. Definition and deployment of the Marketing and Communication Plan. 3. Management of communication and promotion of the brand and products in social networks, mainly Instagram, Facebook, and SEO/SEM strategies for customer acquisition, CAC optimisation and improvement of CLTV. Monitoring of KPI's, return on investment and media planning. 4. Management of Product Development Plan, defining cost objectives, pricing, target customers and product ranges to be developed to expand Green&Great portfolio. 5.Profitability analysis by client, product, brands and sales channels. Monitoring and control of the evolution of sales by type of customer, channels, brands and products. 6.Market and competitors monitoring.
