Since I knew him in Rompetrol Group and in Adevarul Holding as well, Dan proved to be a skillful manager in public relations and communication.       With my strategic approach and my leadership skills, I joined the leadership team of the Rompetrol Group. My main focus was to elaborat the strategic and tactical plans for development of the company, accordingly to the TRG strategy, and for increasing it’s efficiency. Main achievements: Restructuring the cost centers and introducing the ABC (activity base cost); Introducing a coherent cost control policy along with the automation process and setting up an efficient supply chain; Project with major impact: Co-Co (company owned - company operated) and Do-Do (dealer owned - dealer operated) - setting the KPI`s for the Station Manager and Money Around Fuel. Reached figures: the market share has increased from 13% to 16% in retail and from 19, 5% to 24% in wholesales, both due to intensive and extensive growth. Also, EBITDA has raised from 16 mil USD to 49 mil USD.
