  PILLAR Performance is an Australian nutraceutical company, launched in July 2021 with a range of globally leading micronutrition products targeted at athletic performance. Athletes require nutrients at far greater levels than sedentary individuals. Over the last two decades, all innovation in performance nutrition has been concentrated on macro-nutrition; alternative protein, carbohydrate fuelling and hydration, yet the micro-nutritional side has been left untouched. PILLAR is solving a much needed problem for athletes, through innovating products that bridge the gap between pharmaceutical intervention and sports supplements.   As President, I have a responsibility to represent our broad membership base of 192 professional rugby players within Australia. RUPA was established in 1996 as the game of rugby union turned professional in Australia. It was established by the players to represent and support them across work place related matters. Since 1996, RUPA has developed its scope far beyond an industrial matters and now proudly focuses on helping members to be better people, better rugby players and to live better lives through 3 distinct objectives;1. Protecting the workplace standards of professional players – allowing them to have a secure and stable foundation for their Rugby careers and to allow them to thrive on and off the field2.
