I reported to Craig directly as a Sales and Marketing intern for Indiana Botanic Gardens (Botanic Choice). I am extremely impressed with the strategic approaches he is taking to understand user experience as a customer on the Botanic Choice website. He does a great job making sure everyone on his team understands the goals and purposes of what their instructed to do. Seeing how Craig operated in a business setting was a first-hand example for me on how to manage a team of people as a professional and I am excited to see how it develops further under his leadership.

During his tenure his team was tasked with transitioning platforms more than once and he ensured that it all ws completed on time and kept morale high even during the hiccups along the way.
