Achieved rubric aligned increase in constructive student voice, ownership, and empowerment in 100% of RPIA classrooms as measured by a student evidence rubric vetted and verified by Teach for America. Piloted our work in 5 West Philadelphia schools in the 2020-2021 school year and are already seeing evidence that we will outperform our Chicago success and include impact data connected to student academic growth.
