We cultivate the leadership of students in urban schools by developing a cohort of top-performing educators who are on a mission to re-envision and restore all that is possible with student voice, ownership, and empowerment in the classroom. Our organization brings together select teachers from schools across the city to engage in our Monthly 3RC Learning Cycle: Re-envision with Community, Restore with Coaching, and Reflect with Coalition. The implementation of our 3RC Learning Cycle increases rock star teacher retention and student growth to build long term, system level impact within a school community. Our staff is also available to support school leadership teams with scaffolded Restorative Practices professional development opportunities for their staff as we all work toward creating transformational schools.
