  Employed to facilitate eLearning, I raised the uptake from 0% to 90% achievement in the first 6 months, before a new LMS was brought in. I then not only enabled the staff to reach 58.6 % compliance of their new mandatory training, and over 90% of the staff to achieve their Care Certificate. I also supported the head office in the implementation of the new system. This involved adding courses to the system, allocating staff to courses and programs. I also administered, ran and recorded attendance of seminars so that a through picture of training was available to the SMT of all the various roles and their training. This enabled the provision of evidence for inspections by the regulating authority.
