I have to say Chris handled our account when we did use JOBSERVE brilliantly. We are a very small user and account to some of those I'm sure Chris looks after, but rightly so this didn't impact the way Chris dealt with us. One of the USP's we push at Gorilla is that in over 80% of our contract placements we are placing / offering a skilled ERP resource who we've, I've one of our team has worked with previously so they are not an unknown quick response job applicant. The benefit to our customers is that we can guarantee the consultants work and it takes out a lot of the uncertainty often experienced with hiring contractors. As a result of this approach we don't advertise too many jobs as we don't want to dilute the USP proposition. In light of this we had a tricky situation and request which wasn't entirely ideal for either Jobserve or Gorilla but Chris handled it very very well and professionally. Great guy, and genuinely one of the best account managers I've had the experience of dealing with. Thanks Chris.
