With very easy steps to understand specific areas that you can focus on. 3 pools is really easy and clear to understand without an overwhelming amount of information, which in a busy work environment, where you feel perhaps you don't have the time to focus on personal goals/wellbeing, made it very accessible. I can highly recommend Chloe for any future workshops.
