At popp we are building a leadership community. We recognise there’s a gap in professional development provided by companies and we’re here to help close that gap. We help professionals build leadership confidence & capability through tailored professional development providing results-focused tools, coaching & community. We recognise the loneliness & uncertainty of current & future leaders. We hear their concerns around burnout, lack of personal purpose, insufficient access to relevant training at times they most need, and the lack of accountability to embed our learnings & grow. We are here to overcome these barriers to exceptional leadership. To support professionals by providing the community, tools & inspiration they need to unlock their innate potential. We are here to help individuals find balance & purpose aligned with who they are & empower sustainable & enjoyable growth as a leader.
