During a time our office was in a personnel transition Chelsea offered her limited free time as a student to come into our office and coordinate our social media. Chelsea used her knowledge from her classes as well as her past experience as a GlamourGals volunteer and intern to execute a social media plan that was professional and engaging. Chelsea was able to work independently on tasks and was not afraid to ask for direction, clarification, or approval when needed. In addition she created and implemented a social media strategy the Glammy Scholarship Awards.
