  I'm a dedicated academic coach with a range of experience working with students to help them achieve their potential. As a coach, I have an approachable personality, running monthly online coaching sessions with three GCSE students to offer academic guidance, support and enthusiasm for learning. I'm also passionate about volunteering. This summer, I volunteered on a summer residential, working alongside other volunteers and coaches to run activities for a group of 45 GCSE students and handle various safeguarding challenges. I found that the most important skills were the ability to adapt to scenarios on the spot, remain calm under pressure and work together as a team to solve problems. Show less

  While working as a student ambassador, I have developed a professional approach to collaborating in a team and being organised in order to deliver successful events. I find it rewarding to help prospective students who were in a similar position to when I was applying to University. Amongst open days, presentations and workshops, I have led hour-long campus tours of up to 15 students and parents, bringing energy and enthusiasm to create a lively atmosphere in the group.
