  As Head of the Welly Ball Sponsorship Team, I supervise a four-person team, and was responsible for introducing them to Welly Ball and the sponsorship process. I planned and organized special events and fundraising campaigns, solicited corporate sponsorships, and set up matching gift donations to reach financial targets. In 2021, Welly Ball raised over £30,000 for our charity partner, the Charlie Waller Trust.

  Welly Ball is the largest black-tie dinner and afterparty on the University calendar. Currently in its 15th year, the event and its committee raise funds for the Charlie Waller Trust. As a member of the sponsorship team I worked to find and manage sponsorship partners for Welly Ball in November, developed and maintained courteous and effective working and sponsor relationships.



Pan Am 103-Lockerbie Legacy Foundation Inc.

  Pan Am 103 Lockerbie Legacy Foundation is a charitable organization and the principal institution dedicated to clarifying and documenting the December 21, 1988 terrorist attack against the United States. I collect, analyze and catalogue historical documents in relation to the bombing of Pan Am flight 103, its victims, air terrorism, and aviation safety and security. I conduct literature reviews on relevant documents and press publications and archive materials. I prepare materials for submission to the Foundation, its archive, and recently launched Living Memorial online site.

  DONT WALK, established in 2001, is one of the most prestigious student-run charity fashion shows in the United Kingdom having raised over £300,000 for multiple charitable causes such as the Robin Hood Foundation and Families First. As a member of the Fashion Team I contact and foster relationships with designers and facilitate the shipment and storage of the collections showcased in the launch and official fashion shows. I assisted backstage during the launch fashion show to ensure the show ran smoothly and that pieces were styled correctly.
