Bryan Szeliga is incredibly talented in many respects. As a chef it is important not only to create delicious, beautiful food, but to be able to manage a staff, inventory, orders, marketing, and finances. Bryan excels at all of these tasks. He is a leader in all of these areas. He shows his staff how something should be done to his specifications, gives employees positive feedback and constructive criticism, and fosters a positive work environment in which employees feel free to be independent and creative. I feel that my time working for Bryan has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and highly recommend him for any position or opportunity that should be given to him.
