Supported A&F managers who needed help around the store whether it be moving clothes to/from the back or simply keeping the store organized which resulted in gaining communication skills. Varsity Women Team Captain

Voted team captain of the youth women’s varsity rowing team at SDRC which resulted in dealing with conflicts, going to meetings, and communicating information between coaches and rowers. Awarded thirteenth in the nation at the USRowing Youth National Championships in the Women’s Youth 8+ which resulted in making history at SDRC as the best-ranked 8+ the club had yet. Participated in rowing on the high school juniors team at the SDRC from seventh grade through senior year of high school which resulted in making friends from all over the country and developing time management skills to handle school and practice. Attended weekly meetings to discuss how to fulfill the necessary quota and receive information on upcoming events which resulted in effective communication on responsibilities in order to run smoothly. Represented the first face that prospective students and parents see when entering campus which resulted in a warm welcome and a potential student for the coming years. Guided tours for alumni and parents to see OLP’s campus which resulted in gaining communication skills and being able to think quickly if a problem were to arise. Show less
