      In July 2012 a course/workshop on Diplomacy was held for the first time at the University of Cape Town fulled run and coordinated by student members of the UNASA-UCT organization. The course ran over two days and sought to open the minds of the students when discussing International Relations(IR) and was pitched at an introductory level to accommodate for students with no academic background in diplomacy and IR. I was involved in the logistics over the two day event which included managing the student facilitators that coordinated group discussions as well as logistical tasks such as venue bookings, catering equipment and other such task. The event was pitched primarily at UCT students but received interest and subsequently accommodated for students from the University of Stellenbosch.
