Catered to day and overnight guests of Lakes of the Clouds Hut - just 1.5 miles shy of the Mt. Washington summit. Cultivated a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and developed a broad understanding of local trail networks and shuttle schedules. Provided trail advice; sold gear and merchandise; performed basic accounting functions; cooked full three-course meals for 90+ guests; participated in housekeeping and general upkeep of the space; carried between 50 and 85 lb of fresh food to the hut twice a week; led programs on the green technology that powers the hut off the grid; facilitated a work-for-stay program for those hiking the Appalachian Trail; and participated in voluntary search and rescue missions.

Served as the leader and principal organizer of 35 board members and 8 executive board members. Helped transition the club from an insular institution, to an outward-oriented service organization aimed at providing accessible and fun opportunities for Brown students to get off campus and experience the outdoors. Led bi-weekly meetings, oversaw trip planning (approximately 3-6 trips per week), applied for and managed external funding, coached department heads within the club, and conducted interviews for prospective board members. Pioneered the development of programs such as Teach-inOutside, an effort to include professors and Brown staff on strips, as well as a consulting service for clubs looking to take their members outdoors. Designed and built a database-backed web application to store inventory data and keep track of rentals, and instigated multiple construction efforts in the club's gear repository.

Collaborated with a team of student engineers to design and build a functional, replicable, and reasonably priced cubesat satellite. Conceptualized and constructed solar panels, working through numerous roadblocks and design iterations to produce the final product. Worked closely with small, delicate materials at a high level of accuracy to ensure space grade quality. Equisat launched on May 21st on an Antares rocket in a Cygnus spacecraft and was successfully deployed from the International Space Station in July 2018.

Conceived and carried out a qualitative research project as a fellow for the Brown University Global Entrepreneurship Initiative (GEI) program. Worked under the guidance of Reciprocity, a local consulting firm that bases its actions on the importance of establishing mutually beneficial partnerships between local entrepreneurs and large corporate entities. Conducted research to test the feasibility of a business plan developed remotely by executive MBA students. Interviewed local business owners, held focus groups with local women, and made connections with local health NGOs and government organizations. Wrote summative report and pitched final pilot to corporate partner and Reciprocity for continuation.
