⭐️ Australian Teacher Aide of the Year - Highly Commended (2021) ▫️MultiLit Reading Tutor Program coordinator across Years 7-9 (resource development, one-on-one and small group implementation). ▫️Literacy data reviews i.e. quarterly and annual spelling testing (SAST), PAT reading, MultiLit placements and 6-12 monthly re-testing. ▫️Independently transitioned the program into a digital platform. ▫️Developed tracking documents for student progress to keep staff connected with their learners and how their heightening reading skills can be best supported and extended within the classroom setting. ▫️Supporting the development of foundation I&E department and inclusion strategies and structures for all learners students (social-emotional support, assistive technology, supporting differentiation of individual tasks & assessment and supporting data analysis). ▫️In-class support all subject areas (one-on-one & group). ▫️Departmental administration - NCCD evidence/data collation and recording, case manager support and resourcing and HOD assistance. ▫️Co-established and managed ‘the HIVE’ (I&E support space) daily - inclusive support space where students learn social-emotional skills, participate in supported play during break-times, receive assessment and learning support and facilitate MultiLit sessions. ▫️Extra-curricular activities - school camps, active member of the Behaviour Team and Staff/Student Wellbeing Team, Homework Club (Tuesday/Thursday afternoons), Year 7 transitions.
