Anuja helped E.thical on Business Development. She is a meticulous researcher and in a short time, she has deep understanding of business environment in Indonesia (in-dept approach), especially Bali, although she worked remotely from Singapore. Working remotely is never easy, but she adapted, able to communicate well and flexible to changing needs of business world. She always take the initiative to make conversation. Throughout her work, she has shown creativity in harnessing potential of untapped potential of young people in Bali as well as Indonesia as the larger picture. I wish we could work with her longer, we definitely would!

Anuja interned at MDD Forensic Accountants for 3 months in 2019 and during this time, I supervised her work across a number of cases, including litigation and employee fraud. Anuja is easy to work with, in that she never had to be explained tasks twice and always went a step ahead in completing work that was assigned to her and performing related research that might prove useful for the case. Even as an intern, she was always proactive in asking for ways in which she could help or contribute to our work and is a great team player.
