Anne was a tremendous addition to the CRA team. She is the best college graduate I have had the opportunity to work with in my career. She is conscientious, caring, poised and professional beyond her years. She is a person of high character and integrity. Her deliverables for me and clients were excellent. She was respected by peers and clients. She was very focused on learning and living out the Admired Leadership behaviors while also focusing on building a strong communication foundation. I would highly recommend Anne to future employers.

Anne served as a winter break philanthropy fellow and was invited to return back for the summer program. As a fellow, Anne was charged with engaging in our work internally and externally in the community. She provided providing research, administrative, and other support to the team on various projects. Anne was diligent completing work in a timely manner and meticulous in her attention to detail. She participated in the proposal review for several programs and offered highly relevant feedback on narratives and did an excellent review of financials. Her flexibility, positive attitude, and cooperative nature were truly a great fit for our office culture. We appreciated Anne’s openness to working on a variety of administrative and grantmaking-related tasks, which allowed us to engage her more deeply in several program areas and in external activities. Philanthropy fellows are expected to learn and engage in our work with community partners as representatives of the Foundation. Anne was not only always prepared for external meetings, but was respectful and gracious. Anne really took advantage of this fellowship to learn and grow and has set a great example for future fellows to follow. She understands the nonprofit sector and will be an asset to any organization she joins.
