From our initial conversation you took the time to make sure the computer suggested was fit for purpose. Your service was fantastic from start to finish and I am delighted with my new work station. Your team configured the computer up to the exact specification required and subsequently helped me remotely to set up a few personal ways of working. Dear Andrew, Having been a member of BNI for the last thirteen years and a regional team member for the last seven it was time to move the business to the next level in terms of success. When the opportunity to purchase the franchise arrived it was in with both boots. As with most people who choose to start their own business the opportunity to do your own thing in your own way and not be told what to do by an overbearing boss is very appealing. For the first time in 15 years or more I find myself with people to report to and a framework to conform too. Much as I have worked with the systems for many years now, the expansion of these systems due to my new responsibility level has been interesting to say the least. In the area of IT infrastructure even more so. The fantastic thing about BNI is that I have a huge number of potential supply partners to choose from and certainly so within the IT sector. I required a team of people that would help and support in all areas of IT. The choice was easy, Cara Technology in a heartbeat. They have managed old kit for me during the set up of the franchise, brining it kicking and screaming into this century. Thereafter they have specified and sourced new kit, set it up so all I need do is switch it on. In the background they have put in place all types of software so that I can communicate with my team, share documents and effectively have a cloud office for all involved. Andrew and his team are but a phone call or email away, ever attentive, always a yes and never a no. They provide a service that simply works and works exceptionally well. It is not often in this time sensitive world that you can call a service provider have a little banter on the phone and before the end of the call they have resolved an issue or provided sterling advice The guys at Cara are a pleasure to deal with, indeed quite fun. They have taken the heartache out of the digital world which now works at speed and without an attitude. My computer no longer says
