      As an assistant, I was in charge of the administrative and technical follow up with our official service's providers. I worked closely with them regarding the paperwork (contracts and estimates) and their needs before and after the show (technical services, pass inside the area of the show). Also, I was responsible for the floral decoration. I had a closed look on the estimates, the match between our expectations and what the companies provided us, as well as the budget.
