      I address health issues through dietary interventions and nutritional supplementation, where relevant. Nutritional programmes are tailored to individual needs and consideration is given for current health issues, lifestyle, nutrition status and inherited strengths & weaknesses. I also organise for any necessary tests to be carried out. In addition to the private consultations I run a company called NEWtritious Delicious with two colleagues (see www.newtritiousdelicious.com). Bridging the gap between food and medicine, NEWtritious Delicious courses are based on traditional dietary wisdom backed up by leading science. During our courses participants gain new insights into healthy eating by tasting delicious food, watching food demonstrations, listening to essential health principles and asking any questions that may arise in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The YogaWorks method is based on the principles of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Vini Yoga, with a strong focus on breath and correct alignment, whilst also building stamina, strength and flexibility. My classes are carefully crafted to include poses that build up to a peak and blend the philosophy of yoga into the asana practice. I also incorporate soulful music into some classes. I am a 200-Hr YogaWorks certified instructor.
