  • Perform operational and analytical lab support on a Reuse system recycling up to ~80 000 gallons of water per production day for automotive paint shop use through implementing a coagulant dosing program to reduce up to 30% E-coat solids and organic loading into the Reuse system; while in compliance with discharge requirements and maintaining chemical cost program. • Provide technical support and facilitate research and development for industrial wastewater treatment and Reuse system through chemical trials, performance evaluations on control equipment, or various RO and UF membranes that leads to operational cost improvements and optimized process performance implemented at multiple site locations. • Update MS Access datafiles to plants specific needs and create Power Query's to auto populate Reuse weekly water usage, chemical inventory, water quality, and Reuse performance reports intended for the Environmental Reporting Office and engineering consulting team. • Work closely with automotive plant maintenance, site operations and leadership as part of an engineering and onsite Automotive plant operation support team in order to strengthen customer relations provide solutions. • Creating a vast number of technical documents such as: Standard work instructions, plant dosing guide, flowcharts and limits, chemical safety handling and documentation, reporting templates with power queries, chemical inventory summary, fitting catalogs, chemical and parts ordering catalogs, and the revision of previous standard work instructions
