Researcher at the Public Space and the Right to the City Lab (LabCidade), a research and extension laboratory of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Sao Paulo University (FAUUSP). Researcher hired for a fixed term to compose the team responsible for writing a Guide for the Elaboration and Revision of Master Plans, a product of the technical cooperation between the Brazilian and German governments, as a part of the ANDUS Project's scope - Support to the National Agenda for Sustainable Urban Development in Brazil. The guide was produced in cooperation between the Brazilian Ministry of Regional Development and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), with support from the Brazilian Ministry of Environment. Main activities developed involved conducting research and writing on issues related to socio-territorial development in urban and rural areas, with emphasis on public policies, participatory processes, regulation, and land use and occupation instruments.
