I worked regularly in designing from conceptual to production sign projects both for existing national customers to developing the new national customers such as General Motors, Ford, Firestone, Nissan and more. Early on I was able to be lead designer on the IREDI (Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative) where we developed mass production of a glass sign and stainless steel brand identification. With this program and others I spent considerable amounts of time in the plant(s) designing for manufacturing and in the field training installers how to work with this custom product within our industry. Other experience gained were in areas such as vendor development and relations, customer satisfaction, project and program management and more.
