Al Blankenship, lead of the ABE team with 30+ years of experience, leads one of the largest concrete subcontractors in the East Tennessee area. In 2020, he added an excavation business to the company umbrella. With over 60 employees, he leads this team with a passionate and intense vision, persistent in solving problems.
