Jackie is a quintessential professional with a unique combination of emotional intelligence, operations acumen, and business savvy. I initially met Jackie during her tenure at Big Brothers and Big Sisters. She called on us to solve a ops issue she knew had to have a solution. She kept a delicate balance of managing potential vendors expectations and listening to solutions. She seems to have innate to separate what's important (now) and leveraging investments for future growth - and to chose which is best for her organization. I highly recommend Jackie's management style. I've never seen the level of loyalty employees have for her. She's wise, thoughtful, and forthright with everyone she interacts with.

I served for three years at an event planning committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge when Jackie was the organization's executive director. I was consistently impressed by Jackie's leadership with regard to the committee and the event we were planning. She was organized, professional, and made it fun to volunteer for the organization. Jackie is detail oriented and even the first year of the large event, nothing slipped through the cracks. She has a positive attitude and kept our meetings upbeat and fun. From my experiences with Jackie, I would give her an A+.
