About YS YS is an innovative concept within the traditional wine industry that developed a quality red wine that is served chilled at its very best. YS produced its own wine in partnership with a talented winemaker from a high-standing winery in Alto Adige, Italy. YS wine is exclusively produced for YS and brings you a completely new drinking experience. Ideal drinking places are on the terrace, beach, or boat. We are your new favorite alternative to rosé and white wine. Trend Sommeliers confirm to chill lighter-styled red wines to improve their taste. In Southern parts of Europe, they have already chilled their red wine for years. Even in the Netherlands, we serve red wines at a too high temperature. This trend of chilling red wine is now expanding across the entire world. YS has seen this trend coming, and is the first to build a brand around this new concept.
