Your Future Impact was founded by Helen Rivero (formerly Rivero Consultancy) in 2016. With a background in HR & Learning Development, and with a passion for helping young people, Helen and the team specialises in delivering bespoke educational and organisational development programmes, focused on helping people discover their energy for making an impact in the future. Educational Programmes and Youth Coaching Helen is the Co-visionary of The Young People Index, which is an assessment tool that helps young people discover more about who they are. The YPI measures 5 ways in which an individual contributes to a team, group or organisation. This insight helps a young person to know what type of work / tasks / people and environment gives them energy, so they can make better informed decisions about their future. Alongside a YPI personalised profile, Helen and her colleagues deliver innovative and playful workshops, using the Lego Serious Play methodology with students. This blended approach of providing personalised insights and playful storytelling through Lego, helps students articulate their strengths with others, as well as to future employers. Corporate Programmes We have been working with a variety of organisations, delivering learning and development support for leaders, management, teams, and new graduates. These programmes focus on Self Discovery, The Power of Teamwork, Leadership & Well-being.
