Our mission is to provide high growth cannapreneurs with accurate, GAAP/accrual and cost accounting to maintain auditor, creditor, and investor ready accounting and financials. In addition, we provide M&A consulting, capital raising, IPO preparation, and financial strategy to cannabis operators. We assist with deal structure, business plans, financial projections, strategy, equity vs debt analysis, and valuations. We also perform advisory work, including financial and risk analysis, and due diligence research on a consulting basis.
