- We are built on compassion. We empathize with the migrants' difficulties, so we want to create a global network to make immigration easier and more fun. - We are open to anyone. The world is too small and nobody knows when war or environmental destruction will force people to move, so we want to be there to welcome them with open arms. - We are adaptive. We are constantly listening and adapting our programs and structures to fit the changing needs of youth immigrants. - We are enthusiastic. We know that it can be hard to understand and work with people of various backgrounds, but through education, we know we can make a change.
