The automated process provides capacity to manufacture of over 70,000 kitchen units per annum on a single shift. Manufacturing kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom furniture elements from pre-finished sheet material, with in-house capability to cut, edge, bore, insert and assemble carcass components, as well as that doors (frontals / fascias) can be manufactured in-house or in some cases due to specialist finishes these are bought in from specialist suppliers.
