Property investment can be lucrative but it is hands on; as most of our clients never come back to the UK, it is important to have a long term relationship with them and go the extra mile to help them realise their investment. Our experience as both Landlords and expats have proven invaluable in knowing what level of service to offer. Unlike most agents, we work for the Landlord and no one else. The majority of our Landlords give us the keys and we do everything else from finding a tenant, helping negotiate the offer and taking care of the day to day business of letting a property. We always keep in mind that it needs to deliver a return on investment.
