At XINYI, a strategic consulting business, we bring a trauma-informed framework to operations, culture and community. Our method is neuroscience-based, centering environments and experiences with space for self-awareness and empowering individuals to make informed decisions. We build systems at scale with transparency, predictability, accountability and shared power that create measurable impact and success. We are committed to this work because we understand the neurological and physical impact of trauma and stress on individuals. We are grateful to be getting started sooner than expected. We have landed our first client helping build a wellness community that is trauma-informed and accessible for marginalized communities. What is next for XINYI? 🌎 Everything! I will be sharing it all as we go, with the intention to attract and learn with a community of like-minded individuals here on LinkedIn. 🤖 The adoption and utilization of AI will be at our core as we grow.
