Overview

Our mission: a human focus. This is not just our approach when it comes to the development of future-oriented working environments; we live this principle within our company. We regard wellbeing, inspiration and identification as key factors for a positive working environment and culture. We always keep our goal in mind: motivate employees, encourage interaction and creativity and create enthusiasm within our own company. As specialists in workplace strategy, we help companies to create future-oriented working environments. We improve their productivity, help them obtain and retain employees in the long run and position themselves successfully. With a current staff of 15, we advise internationally active companies such as Autoliv, Merck, Munich Airport, ProSiebenSat1 and UBS. What unites us all? The vision of a better working world. Our principle: analyse, understand, accompany We develop concepts fit for people, not just property. That is why our starting point is always an comprehensive exchange with the employee. In a multi-level analysis process, we learn about the wants and needs of your employees. We translate that meaningful information about working methods, workplace utilization and spatial conditions into user-oriented concepts. That being said, often the goals, visions, corporate culture, and leadership styles need to be rethought and adapted. In workshops with leadership and employees we help to develop a vision and bring that vision to life. The process of change is usually a challenge for all involved and requires well-planned employee support through change management. We accompany employees throughout the process and actively integrate them in all developmental stages. This allows us to turn early fears and reservations into acceptance and enthusiasm for the new working world.
