Writing Skills Improvement Program (WSIP) at the University of Arizona is committed to providing professional writing services. Mission Statement The mission of the University of Arizona’s Writing Skills Improvement Program (WSIP) is four-fold: 1.To provide superior training, mentoring, and guidance to all undergraduate and graduate University of Arizona students, faculty, and staff to improve their academic, professional, and personal writing abilities. 2.To serve as a community resource for high-school students and middle- and high-school teachers, providing tools to improve their writing and critical thinking skills. 3.To build general confidence and overall academic competence in our participants no matter their linguistic, cultural, or socio-economic backgrounds. 4.To offer professional editing services.
