Overview
Worms designs, manufactures, and markets vibration sensors and sensing solutions. Worms has a unique know-how and a multi-patented technology to design and create sensors from scratch, starting from the raw materials developed in-house. The result is highly customizable products that only Worms can make with unparalleled performance and integration capabilities. Dragonfly®, our first product, is the World’s thinnest piezoceramic sensor tailored for dynamic strain measurement. Its unique qualities make it a sensor of choice for plenty of application: Monitoring (SHM, CBM, etc.) – Event detection – Vibration analysis and investigation – Quality & process control – Dynamic weighing – Functionalization & HMI. Beyond Dragonfly® standard design, we offer custom solutions to directly integrate our sensing technology into our customers’ products, especially original equipment manufacturers (OEM). We established our production facility within sight of its scientific origins in Grenoble, France, where we invested in cutting-edge industrial equipment. Our current infrastructure ensures a production capacity of 2M sensors/year while allowing for continuous industrial innovation. We evolve within this unique ecosystem, surrounded by trusted partners, infused and believing in the power of Science, just as we do.
